Powell Goldstein’s Business Litigation and Arbitration
Practice Group with a focus on ERISA, employee benefits
and fiduciary areas. Bard has his law degree and undergraduate
degrees from the University of Florida. He has been
recognized by Atlanta Magazine as a 2007 Georgia Superlawyer
as well as being active in the Florida Bar.
