- Employee Education
The education
program is the most critical piece of our service model because
it can be the key difference in whether or not employees get
motivated to prepare for retirement. However, it can also
be the most liability intensive for Plan Sponsors. Typical
service models discriminate against large groups of employees
and are often a means to sell products. Partnering with the
right Education Fiduciary to deliver your
education program will help to implement appropriate accountability
standards that are a critical step in demonstrating proper
care.
In order
for the program to be effective, it must be delivered effectively
by the “right” people. We live in a wonderful
country, rich with diversity; however, these cultural differences
can pose challenges for employers trying to implement a widespread
education program. In most instances, it makes more sense
to divide your employees up by demographic groups, to achieve
social similarities. There should be a cultural fit between
your employees and the education specialists who work with
them in order for the program to be truly successful.

FRM
Foreign Language Education Team
The FRM
education team is measured on their effectiveness in reaching
your employees and igniting them to act. To do this, we employ
a multi national group of professionals that are native to

foreign language speakers as requested by our client base;
